“ If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept return of the merchandise
within 30 days of your receipt of the order. Returned products MUST be in original condition including Packaging."
If a product is wrongly delivered or damaged Beautyworks will refund all delivery charges including all return postage fee. However if you are exchanging products simply due to a cancellation or exchange a postage fee will apply to you.
- Use the return product form to provide us with specific reasons of your return.
- Use International Registered Mail ONLY to return products outside of Australia.
- Beautyworks will refund through Paypal and Credit Cards. Once we receive the item(s) we'll process the return, issue a refund, and send you a return receipt confirmation email.
- Refund transactions take 3-5 working days from the arrival of your returned products.
- Cancellations are ONLY refunded in full when notified within the first 7 days of purchase.
- Cancellations CAN NOT be refunded in full once Beautyworks have shipped the products. ( You will be required to pay return postage fee.)
Beautyworks will not refund any products that have been used / missing the original packaging / or where the original packaging has been damaged.
