Etude House SoonJung Lip and Eye Makeup Remover 100ml is a hypoallergenic makeup remover that gently and thoroughly removes makeup even around the lips and eyes. Non-comedogenic tested and hypoallergenic tested to be safe and soothing for sensitive skin. Formulated without any artificial fragrance, color, alcohol, mineral oil, and essential oils. pH of 6.0 ± 0.75.

How to Use: 

Shake well before each use. Soak the cotton pad with an appropriate amount. For the eye area, wipe off with especially gentle motions, while keeping the eyes closed to prevent the formula from getting in. Rinse with cleansing foam and water.
